Menchie's Frozen Yogurt awards consumer and franchise development websites to us!

Landing the Menchie's business was not easy, let's just say there was tough competition. I am glad we won the account and have already jumped into the projects pretty deep. We went through our discovery process and understand the exact needs of the two websites (consumer and franchise development). From a creative standpoint, we had the challenge of creating two distinct websites that reach out to two totally different audiences. The consumer site targets kids and their parents with a focus on branding, menu and the location finder. Our goal is to build a relationship with customers, increase visitation frequency, promote offers, build loyalty and ultimately increase unit revenues. Our design is fun, clean and dynamic.

On the other end of the spectrum is the franchise development website for Menchie's Frozen Yogurt. It is all about business and the financial potential of a Menchie's store. We have to connect with our best candidates from the second they land on the home page. The brand must convey confidence and be better than their expectations. We also knew we had to create multiple "paths to conversion", while keeping the design clean and uncluttered. The website is well underway and will be a high-performance lead generator for Menchie's Frozen Yogurt. Give us a couple more months to bring it to completion and launch.

BTW, we were able to more than double their leads off their existing site with a few modifications.

It was in beautiful South Beach, Florida at the Franchise Expo South where I ran into MaryJo and Nancy. Thanks to Jerry Darnell and Ron Feldman (both good friends), I have been able to establish a relationship with MaryJo and Nancy which was long overdue. What intelligent, fun and nice women, that impress me everytime I am around them. Well, I offered - they accepted. We worked together with them and mutually agreed upon a blend of two concepts that combined vintage automobillia with a high performance feel. The theme of the issue was "Fast 55", showcasing the 55 fastest growing franchises. This much anticipated issue has become one of the most important of rankings and is quite special to franchisors. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised to see thumbnails of the cover on the winners websites. Best of all, I have my photo on page 28th and a little write-up. To download the Fast 55 info, click here.
