"Over The Top" franchise recruitment tour to three additional markets ...Minneapolis, Philadelphia and Miami. Over the past several months, Bob Gappa, CEO of Management 2000, Amit Pamecha, CEO of FranConnect and myself have visited Toronto, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Denver and Los Angeles. Our workshop is a very intense 1/2 day of strategies, tools and tactics that give franchisors a great perspective on whats working and inspires them to make the appropriate modifications to their current processes and implement new ones. My presentation is one that focuses on web performance, SEO and social media. I really go into detail about design and messaging issues on websites that lead to poor performance and really hurt franchisors ability to see an ROI. I talk about tactics to reduce bounce rates, increase click-through, and maximize conversion. Another hot topic these days in franchising is Social Media. Half my presentation is dedicated to social media and how franchisors can take advantage of this new form of media to drive franchise sales.
