Last night, 500 of our closest friends in franchising attended FranBowl, a tremendous Superbowl Party at the new Alamo Drafthouse theater in San Antonio. Immediately following the programs at the IFA Convention, attendees boarded buses for the venue. Although the drive seemed like we were headed to Dallas, we arrived in about 15 minutes. The theater was decorated, the appetizers were hot and the bartenders stood poised for service. As busloads of guests came, there was a incredible excitement in the air. In came franchising and business legends to include Fred DeLuca of Subway, John Luther of Dunkin Brands, Ken Walker of Driven Brands, and others. I was greeting guests for some time and then decided to walk into one of the theaters to see how people we're enjoying the event.Everyone, and I mean everyone, loved the event. Imaging seeing the game on a full-size movie screen while servers bring you drinks and food at your seat. Our guests ordered anything they wanted from the menu, while they watched the Saints whoop the Colts.

Special thanks to our co-sponsors and friends: Siegel Financial Group, Benetrends, FranConnect, Management 2000, f.c. Dadson, EKS&H, Javelin Solutions, Entrepreneur Media, No Limit Media and UBS.
