We're in the process of rebuilding our web department with knowledgable, somewhat experienced, talented staff and need a savvy developer that knows how to take a project and nurture it, knows how to give the clients what they want without them knowing themselves and, most importantly, wants to be a part of a great team!

The Web Developer will be working with our Interactive Director and Web Designer to crank out the work that we have, the whole time with a "Dazzle the client!" mindset and will have very specific tasks.

These tasks include (in no particular order):
1. Preparing web pages for coding by cutting and optimizing images for the best download speed and cross-browser compatibility.
2. Hand-coding TABLELESS websites using (X)HTML, CSS and JavaScript - knowledge in PHP required!
3. Developing code in a clean and consistent manner with proper supporting documentations
4. Building and/or working within a site hierarchy that is clean, reusable and expandable
5. Updating of web site content, graphics, and images
6. Quality assuring all work
7. Communicating effectively with team managers
8. Working within a team environment, following and maintaining the specifications, guidelines and standards set by the department.

The Ideal Candidate:
• Candidate must have at least 2 years of (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP PROFESSIONAL programming experience.
• Working knowledge of PhotoShop CS2, Illustrator CS2, and Flash MX+
• Ability to develop using Dreamweaver MX+ (no FrontPage work will be considered)
• Ability to work on a PC (limited Mac knowledge is required)

Nice to Haves (not required but definite pluses):
• Integrating Flash with a database
• Knowledge of embedding Video into HTML pages
