Experienced Healthcare Marketing Professionals

Greenbaum Marketing Communication lends over 15 years experience in healthcare marketing to each of our client engagements. Our long-term relationships with a variety of large healthcare groups and the diversity of our clientele have given us a keen insight into practice marketing. Our success with primary care provider (PCP) groups, cardiology groups, radiology groups, dermatologists, chiropractic medicine, surgical groups, optometrists, and a host of other medical related companies has broadened our knowledge and ability to serve our healthcare clients.

Unlike traditional agencies, we have come to truly understand the system and politics that healthcare professionals face in marketing their practice. We foster relationships with patients, referral sources and large employers. The result is increased patient volumes. We help practices of all types and sizes significantly improve their profitability and build patient loyalty through a cost effective tactical marketing approach.

Services Include:
Practice Identity (ID) / Branding
Creating a successful marketing campaign begins with a memorable brand. Our practice ID development services help practices differentiate themselves in the marketplace and include: research, logo / brand development, brand standards, key messaging, branding campaigns, and all the necessary collateral materials.

Patient Loyalty Programs
Too often, practices concentrate so heavily on bringing new patients in the door that they loose focus on key strategies that build patient loyalty. Greenbaum Marketing Communications helps develop customized patient loyalty programs that strengthens your relationships with your existing patients and promotes referrals. Word of mouth is one of your strongest tools in your marketing arsenal; let’s make it stronger. Our strategies include direct marketing, specialized events, email campaigns, and healthcare seminars that respect your patients’ privacy and adhere to HIPPA compliance concerns.

Patient Prospecting
Greenbaum Marketing Communications is an experienced marketing firm that has been sourcing new patients for healthcare practices and groups for years. Whether you are launching a new practice or trying to maintain your market share, new patient prospecting can often be costly and is frequently non-effective for the novice. We tailor prospecting campaigns around your practice, taking into consideration your budget, marketing/advertising opportunities, competition, and other factors that influence success. We focus on positioning your practice or group in a way that promotes your strengths and compels new patients to seek your services. We concentrate on building patients respect, confidence, and trust in your brand.

Physician Referral Programs
One of the best strategies to grow a practice is building referrals from other medical professionals. Although there has been a great deal of focus on unconventional referral tactics in recent years, Greenbaum Marketing Communications has developed a series of proven practices that educate physicians and build positive relationships. We help you educate referring physicians with a variety of tools including PowerPoint presentations, e-newsletters, websites, webinars, and special event seminars.

Large Employer Targeting
Large employers are a tremendous source for new business, especially if you are located in a close proximity. Our proprietary marketing strategies begin with a focus on health in the workplace and end with increased exposure in large organizations. We help healthcare professionals partner with local companies to educate their workers in health management, safety and wellness.

Hispanic / Ethnic Marketing
The demographic of our communities is rapidly changing. Patients of a variety of ethnic origins are becoming the primary market. Smart practices now include a variety of marketing techniques that reach out to ethnic communities and communicate the benefits and strengths of their services in a way that ethnic patients can understand – in their own language. We assist you in building these specialized strategies by translating marketing tools, implementing targeted programs, and expanding patient volumes in a way that serves both the community and your practice in the best possible way.

Strategic Alliances
In healthcare, there are a variety of strategic alliances that not only make sense for your practice, but also fall well within regulatory compliance. Greenbaum Marketing Communications assists companies to develop and structure alliances that offer mutual benefits to all. We develop cooperative marketing programs that educate patients on self diagnosis and wellness, while providing great branding opportunities for practices, groups and their partners.

Special Event Marketing
There's no better way to partner with a community than to implement special events that support your positioning and build patient goodwill. A special event can be used to launch a new service or promote a new competency, or publicize a new office, announce a new physician, or build patient loyalty. Greenbaum Marketing Communications works with healthcare providers to develop, brand, market, and manage events of all types including physician seminars, staff retreats, patient loyalty programs, health fairs, etc.

There are tons of business and self improvement books out there. Reading the good ones must become a hobby for those who are looking to maximize their potential in business and life. One powerful book, by Tom Feltenstein, focuses on over 20 great strategies for taking control of profitability. Tom is an icon in the franchise, restaurant, and hospitality industries and has recently become a good friend. I am enjoying learning from him and stealing all his best strategies (just jokin' / not really). Take the time to checkout his website at www.tomfeltenstein.com.

Do you know a good factor?

If I were to ask most people what a "factor" is, they wouldn't have a clue. Yes, there may be that 10% of experienced business people that may of had some banking background that know, but for the most part, there are many factors. Now don't get confused. I'm talking about the factoring professionals of Liquid Capital Corp., commonly known in the financial business as "factors". Basically, they help businesses convert the accounts receivables into cash for very reasonable rates. For businesses that are experiencing cash flow issues due to slow paying clients, this is a real solution. Money is tight right now. Conventional and home equity loans are harder to come by for most and factoring credit worthy A/R is a great solution. Of course I know a lot about this topic, we're working on a wide variety of Liquid Capital Corps' franchise marketing tools.

It's Splash-tastic!!!

Imagine a very cool resort, island paradise theme with "Crazy Toucans" "Leapin Lizards" "Pinkies" (don't ask), 400 fantastic suites, and Chicago's newest and largest indoor waterpark. Paradise happens to be at  KeyLime Cove Waterpark, Resort and Spa, right across from Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, IL. Developed by Dave "Famous Dave" Anderson, KeyLime Cove is a tropical vacation destination and the best family getaway with creative activities, fun, and great food (Famous Dave Quality). I have been at the property about four times in the last six weeks, never with my wife and children. No, I haven't been kickin' back, I've been in meetings, presentations, photoshoots, and late night re-con missions to the competitors (don't tell anyone).
