Results of the recent survey supported top managements' beliefs that customers want a reliable and professional services provider. Greenbaum Marketing Communications has worked with Fish Window Cleaning to develop the key marketing messaging and brand standards. Those standards have been the guiding documentation for their communications for franchise development and for consumer marketing. The standards give the franchisor written documentation that specifically outlines all allowable uses of the Fish Window Cleaning brand. In cases of non-compliance, the brand standards serve as the “bible"; of the brand and can be used for litigation.
