Led by business visionary, author, speaker and entrepreneur, Brad Sugars, the company and their coaches are renown for gaining results for their clients. As a client of Greenbaum Marketing for years, we knew that their recruitment website was to be one of the most complex projects we had ever tackled.

Being a global site, the site had to make it easy for franchise prospects to gain a perspective of the organization and the incredible opportunity that business coaching offers. We were targeting a unique candidate: one that had already reached a high level of success and wanted to help business owners finally achieve levels of success unattainable without their help and influence. The best candidates for ActionCOACH have a balance between being great recruiters and the ability to follow a system that had proven to net astounding results for hundreds of coaches around the world. We partnered with the ActionCOACH team for months and flushed out the framework, content and imagery for a site that would take them to a new level.

Like many large franchise systems we work with, technology was also a major concern with ActionCOACH. The system we produced not only had to be customized to accommodate their network of global Master Licensees, but also had to connect with their CRM and virtual brochure systems powered by FranConnect. The project required the teams at Greenbaum Marketing and FranConnect to work closely together to ensure that candidates would have a seamless experience while allowing ActionCOACH to gain the data and metrics of each and every candidate worldwide.

With a big sigh of relief I am happy to say that the new ActionCOACH franchise website has been launched!!! What a great team effort between three companies (ActionCOACH, FranConnect and Greenbaum) that know franchising so well.
