As we near completion of the design phase, Menchie’s websites are becoming some of our best work ever. Working closely with their CEO and other industry experts, these high performance web solutions will assist the brand in creating value for their 60+ (and growing fast) locations and give Menchie’s one of the strongest lead generation tools in franchising. As a premier web developer in franchising, Greenbaum Marketing blends creativity, technology and strategy into ROI for our clients.

One of the first tasks we were faced with was to put a temporary patch on the franchise development site which consisted of a single page. We added five more pages, an “in your face"; request for information form, creative links from the consumer pages and more than doubled conversion instantaneously.

For those who may not have heard the buzz around Menchie’s, you will. The product is fantastic and they have an incredible amount of unique flavors, every topping you can dream up, and allow you to make your own mix. There’s something special in having the ability to create a treat that is completely unique to you and what you love most. Menchie’s is more than mere frozen yogurt, it is an “experience."; Their interior design and store layout is modern, unique and upscale, catering to all walks of life. New customers instantly turn into loyal customers and it is not uncommon for lines to extend out the door of Menchie’s on a weekend night. To top it off, the Menchie Guy is cute and can be found on all types of products and apparel.

We are developing both a consumer website as well as a franchise development website. The consumer site is an interesting project, trying to innovate a fun and functional design to compete in the same space with monster brands like Pink Berry and Red Mango. This site will have four main objectives: greet, convert, educate and inform.

These goals will be accomplished by a variety of avenues, one of which will be dynamic, interactive flash messaging on the home page.

As for the franchise development website, our focus will be on organic search, reducing bounce rates and, of course, conversion. We will also be outlining four main steps for each prospect, giving them an option for an “express lane"; to becoming a qualified lead. Otherwise, if they so choose, prospects will have the option to take their time and read through the site more thoroughly before committing to learning more.
