Oxford Learning launches into new territory with a double mission: to portray their passion and position themselves for franchise growth.

When it comes to child development and learning, this Canada-based franchisor has one of the best programs in the industry. As with many franchisors in recent years, Oxford Learning came to the conclusion that what they had was no longer working and it was time to step up their game. They also knew that they needed to update their positioning to appeal to a new breed of franchisee candidates. These candidates were more web savvy and used the web to do their research, viewing direct and indirect competitors. It was clear that to fuel new growth, serious changes would need to take place and their site would have to perform better on all levels.
As we interviewed the team at Oxford Learning, we found that they have an incredible story to tell. Different from other franchisors, the company and franchisees focused on the outcome of their students. Although unit economics are important to Oxford and their franchisees, there is a passion for children and a real commitment that underlies the decision to become an Oxford franchisee. What is really impressive is the fact that most of the franchisees take a hands-on approach to the business, reach out to local schools, and become an important part of their community. This is the story we needed to tell in a website that had so many other requirements that needed to be met.
The site was launched just last week, and it is among our favorite projects. As with all of our work, we made it very relatable to their best prospects and extremely easy to use. Behind the scenes, Oxford can manage the site through our proprietary CMS (content management system) and make modifications, add pages, press releases, testimonials, etc., 24/7 and make them live instantaneously. We believe that the site will perform extremely well, and we have incorporated the best practices for lead generation sites. With Google Analytics installed on the site and the ease of the CMS, the site will be maximized for organic search and conversion in the months to come.
